At TravelData, we’re dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality data-only eSIM services to keep you connected throughout your travels. Please keep in mind that our eSIMs are designed exclusively for data roaming and do not support voice calls or SMS. If you ever need to request a refund, please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

    eSIM Activation Issues: If you encounter technical problems while activating your eSIM and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may qualify for a refund.

    Non-Usage: You may request a refund if the eSIM has not been activated or used, provided you contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
  3. 3
    Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally select the wrong eSIM plan and notify us before it’s activated or used, we can offer either an exchange or a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to our customer support team at help@traveldata.global including your eSIM purchase confirmation, order number, and a short description of the issue you’re experiencing.

    Our team will review your request and may ask for a bit more information to help troubleshoot any technical issues before moving forward with a refund.

    Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order before activating your eSIM, please reach out to us as soon as possible at help@traveldata.global. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
